whats gone wrong

i think jones arogrance and clearly poor man managment as come to a head with the players in the recent month ,and this is the only way players' can show all is not well within the camp is by not giving 100% as having a too throw with jones is a sure way of being left out in the cold like other players have been. he looks and has for a while now been totally in diffrent from his team.can anyone else throw any ideas on to what might be happening in the camp?
