I've given this some thought lately as my faith in DJ as slowly but surely ebbed away resulting in this post,so here goes.Clearly as has been stated often DJ has gone from managing a team who looked like promotion certainties to one who's players clearly don't want to play for him.Come the transfer window and it know seems the Malaysians don't seem keen to back him with the cash to make new signings.Times up i'm afraid Mr Jones, so on to the solution to the problem,we could of course leave it to the men in charge but we all know that the Malysians knowledge of the game is less than our Chief Executives so no solution there.Maybe they could turn to Sam for some inspiration after all they seem to meet and talk quite regularly, but to be honest hi's track record of choosing managers at CCFC was'nt great,Gould,Cork and Lawrence no solution there either. They could maybe turn to the fans, have a poll but feck me i reckon they'd have to sift through five hundred or more different candidates, so again no solution. So to my idea and one which i believe would set us back on the right path and again make us certs to reach the Promised land that is the Premiership.Let the players decide, know this would'nt come without it's problems i know after all would Bellamy be happy with just one vote after all he's World class and only came here out of love and not money when it could be cancelled out by someone like Naylor or Bothroyd would surely protest as being a full England international should entitle him to more than one vote, then there's Chopra who's lack of form is obviously down to the manager and nothing to do with him he'd want two votes also Would we give Koumas a vote? the lad apparently has emotional problems so maybe not a good idea giving him anymore responsibility, but anyway i'm quite sure if the players got to decide at least they'd then have no one to blame but themselves.
