For me:

Naylor would be nothing more than a third choice squad left back. So I would go get a good one now. Jones picked a right dud in Naylor and should be held accountable for that.

Go get Pratley to give some drive in midfield. Koumas was a gamble that didn't work. Jones should be held accountable for that.

Get a striker to cover for Jay. parker could do a job and Jones onto it but I would like some youth. However Jones has not fixed this yet even though a long term issue. He should be held accountable for that.

Get a game changer in the right wing position. Routledge would be ideal. Jones has wanted him for a while but is it realistic? More likely to get someone a bit more raw with potential.

get 2 decent centre halves. Hudson ok but not the brutal winner/leader we need in that position

We need some younger/hungry/fit/fast players in the team to inject pace. Those teams on a run will always have this ingredient. We have too many 'seasoned pros' on the wrong end of their career. I would seek to address this with any new blood.

Note of caution to fans:
All the above means buying new players not bringing squad members into team. So, is this Jones's issue or the Boards? Do you back him to fill the gaps that exist or sack him and get someone else to do it.
The concern is all the above have been obvious for a long time so why trust him to fix it correctly now? Personally I wouldn't now as I feel the team and fans have lost faith in him and he has lost the plot himself.
