we cant get rid of D.J if he is bringing in players he wants

it would seem absoulutely ludicrus to me for V.T to give money to our manager only to then get rid of him,it makes no sense at all

Just dont give him the money to waste, give it to a new manager.

We have lost 5 of the last 7 games. We need a manager to motivate the players before they get on the field.
Just look at what Hollaway has done for Blackpool pure genius.
We have a better squad than Blackpool and with the right man in charge we will get back on track!
