Sadly, I have to say the inevitable might as well be done now. Even if we beat Leeds I can't see this run being overturned in the long term. The way everyone is already stating Tuesday as a defeat is really summing it up.

My opinion has always been that he should stay, however now it is pretty hard to make that claim.

I do believe that he should be given Tuesdays game as after that we dont have a league game until 15th Jan. This decision will make or break our season as our next league games are:

Leeds - 4th
Norwich - 3rd
Watford - 11th (but only 1 point off the playoffs, if they win the game they are playing now they will be 6th)
Reading - 10th currently but just 1 point off playoffs and worringly only 6 off us
Jacks - 2nd
