We currently have a side that on paper should walk this league, but our defence is simply not good enough as today proved yet again, and we play on grass not paper.

DJ has said he needs to strengthen, personally if i were VT i would be saying to DJ, you have a team at present well capable of winning this league without any additions but you obviously are not competent in managing the team and its players.

There has been talk of unrest in the camp, we all know DJ is stubborn and does hold grudges against players.

He also has his favourites and never drops players even after a run of bad performances.

There are also too many individuals in our side, players like Hudson, Oli, Whitts, Bellamy and Bothroyd all know they will be in the starting line up regardless of their perfomance and they then get into the comfort zone, where in my opinion they should be FIGHTING for their places every game.

DJ also looks for someone to blame after a defeat, he NEVER blames himself, well whats his excuses for today i wonder.

I hope the Malaysians can now see that under Dave Jones we will only ever be a Championship side and its a case of same old shit season after season.

Look at the teams above us in the league, are they really that much better than us or is it just that their managers and players have more passion, loyalty and committment and also play for each other.

It's everyone's responsibility. However, Jones takes credit for our successes in the past so he must take credit for our failure right now. I still think the players could be doing more but DJ is setting a very bad tone.

Look no further than DJ surely people will realise 8 points out of 30 for a team alledgedly chasing automatic promotion is not acceptable.

There are 3 clubs 7 points behind us with 2 games in hand so we are under real pressure to maintain a place in the playoffs, and our next 3 games are against teams in and around us. It really is possible that by the end of January we will be outside the playoff places.

Do we really need that to be the case before something is done as THIS IS THE MOST WORRYING SITUATION AFFECTING OUR CLUB AT THIS MOMENT.

Forget new signings 2 wins in 2 months is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and DJ has to be held to account HE MUST GO THIS WEEK

Portsmouth, Blackpool, top of the table then missing a play off position and now this f*cking mess. Dave Jones should have gone 3 ago and now its to late.

Without a shadow of a doubt the over-paid pampered bottlers of players, they have showed time and time again that they are not up for it, however I do now think it is time for Dave Jones to go. Mid table at the best this season with at least 4 players to leave.

Ive always been a fan of DJ and it used to annoy me when people always give him so much shite.
But after listening to what the commentry said about todays game im gona have to join the other 95% of fans on her by saying DAVE JONES OUT we are now 5th FFS. We will continue to lose untill he is out the players just dont want to play football under him. We need a new manager and fast otherwise there is absolutley no way we will ever get out of this league.
I feel its gona get a whole lot worse before it gets better.

The big worry for me is will the malaysians do a runner??????????????

3. Still in promotion hunt this season

If you have to live through this shite week in, week out, realise that the manager is paid vast amounts more than his peers, has a squad that is paid vast amounts of money, has his favourites and players who are shunned because he's like a spoilt child who owns the ball and some other kid had the audacity to attempt a tackle and so takes it away at the cost of the game (our clubs prospects for those who need that explained ), has no feeling for the club, no respect for the fans (in fact the total opposite). Then he has to go.

But he won't be that bothered will he? Thanks to his terms this club has set him up for life and will give him a good send off (financially) when he does go.

Some of the players need to take a long hard look at themselves too. Life is too comfortable for them as well and they have about as much respect for the fans as their glorious leader. We have too many overpaid mercenaries who don't give a toss as long as their golf is improving and their wages get paid.

We have been in freefall since October, the unrest is getting worse by the day. The Manager has clearly lost the plot, we have players as we know who are on paper the best in the league.

Bring in a new Manager now, give him funds to improve the defence and get back on track.

what has dj done really nothing we were already in the championship when he came along spend 3 months at the top of the league and never made the playoffs given us wembely heartache in a fa cup that was ours for the taking and that collapse at deepdale only the clock stopped leicester beating us and blackpool was a joke knowing our centre forward was injured and let the only other big striker we had go home to belfast this season out thought and fought at home to the jacks and forest never his fault only certin players so mr jones you've not got ridsdale to keep you in charge now but he made sure you will have a big pay off so take the money and retire to florida or where ever it is you go to its time to go

What is the differance between todays result at Bristol and last years result at Bristol when we thrashed them ?
We have the same Manager but different players.
So has the manager`s ability changed or has the feeling in the dressing room changed or are the players just not good enough ? If someone doesn`t get to the bottom of this quickly the dream will be over as we slide down the table.
As far as I can see the moral has now totaly been ruined and the only way to stop the slide is to change from the top to the bottom very quickly I`m afraid.

i blame both dj not doing his bit and the players for not playing like they want to be there cause im sure if we put 11 players together from this forum they would have more desire than what is being shown at the moment. The goal is there at the end of the season the prem that should be enough to make any player want to try there hardest week in week out but if they dont they should be moved on and players who actually want to achieve should be brought in this goes for dj aswell just my opinion

if you look at the games we have won earlier on this season, bothroyd has scored in most of them.
minus his goals, alot of those games would be losses or draws.
we simply can't replace him and drop alot points when he's injured, selling maccormack was the biggest mistake of the season.
