New players can't be registered until Jan 4th

This is because the FA Rules say that althought the transfer window opens on Jan 1st, they cannot be registered until the first WORKING day in January and as Monday 3rd is classed as a bank holiday, it's left until Tuesday 4th. Just incase anyone wondered.
