How the guy got knighted I'll never know, yes he's achieved a lot, but the manner in which he has done it is appalling. Success through bullying people, abusing people, instructing his team to harass refs on mass as a strategy, moaning, groaning, complaining and unsporting mind games. Any decent father woul;d protect their son....and Alex obviously thought his boy had been hard done by!!

On the surface of it, you could argue that Sir Darren hadn't done the job required....but you would have to ask the question "How much REAL support did he have from the Board??"

i agree its very immature by him ...... By sacking Ferguson, they've surrendered their only chance of avoiding relegation. He's a good manager, but the squad that he has assembled is not to the quality he wouldve expected - so I don't think the board backed him. Hence his father being within his rights to recall the players...
