They rejected how the deal was structured I believe, so if we can give them a guarantee that we can pay most of the money up front the deal might still be on

i dont see nothing on skysports about vaughan being off.... i think like carl has said its all in the hands of VT

They do a section on potential transfers & it said on there Everton reject £1m Cardiff offer. But as previously said its probably more to do with the structure of the payment & not a downright no.
