naylor and bellamy

Fri Dec 31, 2010 12:26 pm

i read last night on here that naylor and bellamy had a difference of opinion at the QPR game,i know naylor is not the best but for bellamy to get so verbal is not helping our situation, anybody that has any experience of man management will know that shouting gets you knowere,if naylors confidence was not good pre QPR then bellamy has done abbsolutely nothing to pick him up.i hoped bellamy would bring experience and help a squad who are to be truthful in a lower league to his standards but shouting and balling aint going to help ,craig they need your encouragement and maybe a bit of help from you :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Yes I Agree we need Bells to be a Leader and encourage our players, unlike DJ does :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

If Bellers was screaming at Matthews you would have a fair point, Naylor on the other hand has played in the champions league etc.., he deserves a rollocking for his inept perfomances.

Don't forget before Naylor signed he was hoping for a Premier club to come in so he obviously rates himself. Maybe it's what he needs. He's an experience player not a young lad.

dont agree with that mate,at the end of the day naylor is supposed to be a seasoned pro and should be able to take any criticism that comes his way there all grown men at the end of the day and a kick up the backside from time to time dont hurt nobody. pull your socks up,roll your sleeves up and move on,after all isnt that what he gets paid handsomeley to do?

I don't know what to make of it, it's hard judging from the outside. He should be used to criticism in my opinion, so maybe Naylor himself has a big ego as he reacted the same way I feel Bellamy wouldve, if the situation was reversed.

On the other hand, bellers is a leader and maybe he should have maintained some dignity and composure rather than losing control - that's no good for the players when they see even their captain is falling apart. I think he was very frustrated that day, he looked really up for the match and tried a lot of top class things, but those around him failed to really pick up on them.

hang on a minute all of you that say naylor should roll his sleeves up and take, anybody that gets screamed at doesnt roll their sleeves up,they become a target and that hurts, just look at bellamys record at clubs,he is an outstanding player that likes things his way, thats why he has his own hotel room,he is not a team player, :ayatollah:

were talking about grown men who have played at the highest level here not under 10s at pontcanna playing fields, naylor has fucked up alot lately and yes i agree that shouting and bawling all the time wont get you nowhere but bellamys rant at him was the truth and thats what hurts!

in my opinion bellamy was right to have a go at him because his shocking lack of effort in a tackle lead to one of qprs goals and considering as people say he has a wealth of experience he should be putting in better performances for us than he is

i can guarantee that getting criticised would be something naylor would be very used to having played for celtic, any mistakes or poor performances are magnified. i remember him an lennon nearly scrapping on the field once because of a naylor mistake

i agree,at this level they should be at a pretty high standard, but believe me shoutting and ranting is not the answer,we have a plit dressing room, this is not good,if somebody has a word with you and tell you your not pulling your weight you respond,if someone starts ranting your shyt it immediately makes you defensive and makes you dislike this person, how many of you have had a bollocking and responded with F@CK YOU,it doesnt work, :ayatollah:
