£2 million seems to be the figure doing the rounds. Someone will have a bargain. I would love him to stay and I think we may be able to keep the likes of Fulham and West Ham at bay but if Liverpool, Arsenal or even Chelsea come a calling we will have no option but to let him go. Don't go thinking these big clubs won't come in for him either, the managers of these clubs are all admirers of his talent.

i think most cardiff fans are looking at life without jay already just hope IF he did go we could use money to put back in the team i suppose :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

£2 mill is allo we can expect for him sadly - I'd rather he went somewhere like Blackburn that we get Roberts plus some cash as he strikes me as the most obvious like for like replacement for Jay. Chops can go there as well and we'll just have to freshen things up. If we then got Austin and Vaughan we have the advantage of having 2 young hungry strikers rather than a journeyman and a talented player who has gone off the rails.
