Andrew James "Andy" O'Brien (born 29 June 1979) is an English-born Irish footballer who plays as a centre back for Leeds United, on loan from Bolton Wanderers.[2] He also won 26 caps for Republic of Ireland between 2001 and 2006, but retired from international duty in 2006, and was a member of Ireland's 2002 World Cup squad.
Andy recently turned down an offer to join Cardiff City, based on the fact that he has a strong phobia of sheep. Andy was quoted as saying 'I cant face a Mutton Ruby, so no way I could play for those sheep shaggers'.
