Carls Update hardly fills me with confidence for Saturday

In it he says that there are stories of unrest within the camp and talk of splits in the dressing room. Saturday is 2 days away. Who are these players causing unrest? should they be anywhere near the dressing room Saturday? Or could it be that Dave Jones is the cause of these unrest and splits? (this would be my view) and should he be the one who goes to unify the team again? - what do you all think?

While I agree to an extent that it would be nice to see these three back, we need the whole squad pulling together if we are to get back on track. If there is a unrest and a split in the camp then it must be addressed. Whether it be some players causing it or the manager. It has been going on too long and has to stop.

spoilt footballers - and even those who aren't spoilt - I've seen enough of it over the years at the shitty levels I've played- will always be squabbling, whinging about not being picked, played out of position, earning more/less, playing alongside someone who doesnt pull their weight, cover them, pass properly, too greedy, etc..

Honest truth, from what we are hearing the team are split down the middle and are very unhappy with DJ's Tactics or shall we say what Tactics and this is not a snipe on Jones its True.

If so they should just get the f**k on with it. If they are lucky they might become managers one day and can set their own tacttics then. Can't see many of them making it though.

If Jones fails he loses his job, so should be left to make his own decision.

anybody could see from last 8 games something wromg in camp,but against coventry they looked like a team again,not sure what team turned up at watfofd though,but i got a good idea

What about previous seasons arguments? I'm thinking like Preston 2 seasons ago. was this a similar situation? There seems to be unrest every season.

Yep this is why I bring up Preston 2 years ago, a few days before that match we were brilliant against Burnley. Now the same happens we play well against coventry and just dont turn up against watford. It's also happened on other occasions. It's a recurring theme and theres one common denominator

I also heard of unrest in the camp from a reliable source 10 days ago! I wrote an article on the BBC forum on it and recieved a barrage of abuse for daring to suggest all was not well! One person even claimed they worked for the club and threatened to sue me! It's good to see Carl has heard the same! I was told that the unrest doesn't just concern DJ but also some of his staff! The matter needs to be dealt with quickly with either the players or manager leaving as if it festers we may as well wrote off the season now! It's no wonder recent performances have been devoid of fight and players looking confused at DJs tactics!

I honestly think you are reading too much into it.

- Watford were far better than Coventry who were poor against us.
- Riggott and Bellamy 2 top performers against Coventry were replaced by Burke and Blake who were both rubbish
- many players looked out on their feet at Watford -over-run by an in-form side who had 18 days rest vs 2 for us a few days before.

There can be other reasons for us losing which are un-related to dressing room bust ups.
