Annis,

Reading through your recent postings on your forum do I detect a distaste to Peter Ridsdale from yourself now?

TNT, I have always Respected him as he has always been a man of his word to me personally and been a gent to talk to.
But now things have gone to far, Yes we have had the spin after spin. But PR has now gone to far.

He told us the Tax man was paid on 2 Different occasions and further time to myself all turned out to be blatant lies.
He told us if we bought Season tickets before Xmas All the Money would go to DJ, Over 10,500 Bought them, Now he has changed his mind lol.

He said The Malaysians had put in a few £ Million and didnt even ask for a receipt lol. I now know they put a Max of £200,000 in lol.
These are just a few of prob 50 false promises/hopes.

What can we as FANS Do ? , I am a Shareholder.

Show him the door like Patrick Cyrne did at Barnsley! He lost them 1.5 million in 6 months!!!! Would have sent them under if he had stayed longer!!!!!!

Re: Annis Regards Peter Ridsdale

I am sure that any normal human in this position would loose faith in someone they had previously respected or thought something of...........................just like a marriage really ;)

Untruths will always lead to mistrust (in friendship or business) PR is managing to do this with many people around him at present with his actions and lack of straightness in telling people exactly how things stand.

For PR to come back from the way things are (if at all possible) will take a massive turn around from the way he deals with things and his attitude.

Must admit,I always fell for Ridsdales spin and after going to the open meeting at the Muni, I was convinced Ridsdale was telling the truth and things were looking bright for our club, I feel a fool for believing him now and I just want the c*** gone before things get even worse.
Ridsdale is a liar, he fu**** up Leeds, shafted Barnsley, now he's done the same to us. F*** OFF RIDSDALE, THE SOONER THE BETTER AND HE SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO WORK AT ANY FOOTBALL CLUB AGAIN!!!!

A leopard doesn't change its spots. With his previous form, we were right to be wary and, to be fair, most were. The apparent strength of feeling should not come as a surprise to anyone, particularly the man himself.

I was told at Barnsley they kept asking for meetings with PR to see where the finances were going? Eventually the other directors got a meeting with him and ov
er a million pound was unaccounted for. PR went missing for a fortnight and resigned. Guess where he turned up to run another club?? He got players who the fans never heard of on 3k a week after 5 or 6 games paid them up because they were useless. He broke the bank to get Mcphail from leeds. Wheres Mcphail at now?? Why did PR leave yorkshire to be down south wales! Doesnt want to be near his roots one thinks? To close for comfort!! :o

Thats an interesting situation Wez1927. Shareholders would need to collate together to call an emergency general meeting, this would have to be legally held within a short term time scale. Once it's called then all shareholders need to be invited to the meeting . If you then call for a vote of no confidence in the Chairman, if it goes the way as you wish then Mr Ridsdale will have no option but to resign from his position. At all times he has to act in the best interests of the shareholders , if they feel otherwise so be it.

who would be able to get hold of all shareholders ! maybe the trust ?

Asked this before....does anyone know who the shareholders are? That is what percentage share do they hold?

Re: Annis Regards Peter Ridsdale

Mon Jan 11, 2010 8:17 pm

There will be a shareholders roll with the details. Shareholders will need to be collated to a percentage of shareholding to call for an emergency meeting. Annis states hes a shareholder, maybe this is his vocation? Trusts can also be very useful in these type of events if they can collect the backing of shareholders.

I know the majority of us on here are no lovers of peter ridsdale and his management of ccfc.

But one thing point we are all missing is WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER BOARD MEMBERS they have sat back and let him fuckup the affairs of cardiff city for at least 12months and done sweet fa to stop it .Is he a dictator or are they taking a slice of the pie also.Just can't see how they can be blameless .

I can understand how you all feel about Mr Borley, yes cardiff through and through ,but this mess didn't happen overnight.

We’ve put up with the spin and misleading statements but now it appears future income streams have been brought forward and cashed in.
For PR this is history repeating itself, he more than anyone should know the dangers of gambling with future income. This must be an act of desperation and a last roll of the dice.

If there is no significant investment where does it leave us at the end of this season?

If we can get a meeting an explanation of how we find ourselves in this position would be more than welcome, however I would be keen to understand how, if there is no investment, we are going to make through to next season.
