i think he is, i would like him to stay but if he does have family issues & needs to move closer up north then so be it!!

No. IMHO Routledge is far better. If Routledge isnt good enough then Burke certainly isnt.

Only club I've seen have any interest from the Prem is Birmingham.

Also either club can get him for nothing in 3-4 months.

Routledge is worth a couple of million, Burke right now max £500k.

By the way, this isnt a go at Burke who is a decent player - bit inconsistent and doesnt track back enough, but a skilful winger, dont really think he's Premiership class though. Routledge though has explosive pace and can rip a side apart, possibly Prem class, but maybe not enough for newcastle if they have ambition of top 8.

london lad now playing in newcastle!! moving to cardiff would be a far better choice if he is looking to be close to home!! he did shaft us last year mind when we nearly signed him!! when he was on loan for that short time he was shit hot!!

Newcastle are trying to get SWP from Man City and thats why Routledge is likely to be available, no chance at SJP for Burke IMO but every chance of Routledge coming here.
