There are a number of teams that are going to be serious rivals to us very soon. Teams are starting to gell and put some runs together. Some of these teams will be strenghthening come January.

Yes we are bringing in new players but thats not because we are strengthening its because we are going to start all over again. To be serious contenders we should be looking at strengenthing are weaknesses but from what I am seeing we are trying to replace our strengths, Vaughan, Routledge to replace Bothroyd, Burke comes to mind.

I live amongst Forest supporters and their mood is vibrant now compared to the start of the season. At the time it was me who was keen on the season but now the tables have turned and soon this league table will turn. I fear Forest but felt they had screwed it. Now it looks like the Billy Davies masterplan is going to work. Amazing what a wise manager can do when given little.

Now looking at the respective squads this season, compared to last when Forest did so well, would you expect us on paper to finish much higher than them? I would've. In practice, and the way it has gone recently, I am very very concerned. If it continues as it is, it won't only be Forest to worry about
