David James

I've now had two texts from a mate that works at the club stating that we're trying to do a deal for David James in January. Apparently he's regretting moving to Brizzle and wants some Premiership football before he retire. With us having a great chance of promotion this season, this could well come off. I like Heaton and Marshall but James is a top keeper and has experience at the highest level and would be grey in the Premier League. He also has family in Cardiff. Maybe Carl or someone can confirm that we are looking to sign him

Really don't see the point of James joining us apart from the hype. Marshall and Heaton are decent keepers.
