I am convinced that they never even played for him during the cup run in 2008. As the compeition went on the players like the rest of us could see the big teams get knocked out and while we were playing rubbish teams, we only played Middlesborough out of the top league who were relegated later that year.

So for the six years he'a been here the the players haven't played for him and yet we've been in with at least some chance of the play offs each year with only one ocasion I can recall in that time when we've been even on the fringe of the relegation positions?????

They aren't playing for him. You earn respect or disrespect when you manage people.
Good managers have good team spirit that's why they are successful. We don't have
a good team spirit due to the lack of passion transmitted to the players. Even now a
change at the top would see us romping the division We have had too many BAD performances
under Jones and money cannot always buy success. I certainly would not give him any more
money to spend as we still have the best squad as we did at Wembly against Blackpool. He
should stand or fall by his sword.

Any sports man will play for there pride of win win win, we have that in Bellers, it should rub off onto other if it dont then the Manager has to ask himself and the players why? A true sports man will play for himself and his team. Its the Managers job to fined out the best way for them to gain that win and fined the weakness in the other teams and exploit it.
