DJ to Director of Football and Burton manager?

How about a reshuffle at the club-DJ has got good contacts in the game plus it would cost a lot to get rid of him. Why not make him director of football with Burton given responsibility for first team affairs-maybe make bellamy 1st team player coach or bring in a young coach with fresh ideas.

Those type of things dont work son.
