driving me nuts,keeps popping up telling me to remove threats,how do i get rid of it,cheers

Its a virus probably (does it do it when your on the internet, or just randomly)?

Does it try to get you to download some software? If so, it's definatly a virus and YOU SHOULDN'T DO IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

it's a bugger to get rid of.I've got XP
the first time I just shut the computer down.
turned it back on pressed F5 then your in safe mode and choose the option debug.
THE SECOND TIME i DOWNLOADED MALWARE BYTES
BOOKED THE COMPUTER IN SAFE MODE.AND RAN IT
