Is This Ridsdale/Hammam Scenerio Possible?

Ridsdale and Hammam were reported to have met in London just 2 weeks ago, the day he said he was leaving Plymouth as his work was nearly complete.

Now it's claimed hes to become Plymouth Chairman backed with American Investors.

Could it be possible the two of them are now working together again and that the American Investor is Hammam himself?

Why else would they meet? More importantly will they be reliant on the monies owed on the 31st?

Could this scenario be possible , In my opinion I see no other reason for their recent meeting.
