Cant get my avatar to fit on this site . I have added to word document and reduced but still saying too large - any ideas ??

Use the Paint program on your Windows O/S system and then use the reduce size option within the program.

use the custom setting set the value from 1000 to 150 (make sure dot in cicle is highlighted on the left).
