afternoon all.
i went to gym about 11.
jay walks with the physio he went on the bike for about 10 mins to warm up.
he then came next to me and did some squats and dead lifts with 20 k weight on a weights bar. this was to help his hamstring and calfs and back.
he then would put a exercise ball against the wall and turn his back on it and roll the ball up and down the wall with his back bending his knees and pushing up slowly. this would help keep hamstring being stretched and help loosen his calfs.
also he was doing alot of light weights on his chest 30 k benching quick reps and lots of them , this would help the heart rate and keep the blood flowing to areas he would of already worked.
then physio put two exercise steps each side of him with no weights on bar. i was doing exercise on fly machine opposite him he was laffing at me huffing puffing felt like pushing him off the stepper but thought better not we mite need him LOL. anyway by putting the bar behind his head and pushing up on his left leg ten reps this would help strengthen his hamstring and calfs and Achilles. he did ten reps on each leg.
i was on runner then i seen him using the exercise ball. squatting with 5 k ball this would help al his legs and back and abs.
i don't no if he gonna play against watford but as you no few months ago he said he had problems with his calfs bein tight i don't no medical name for it he has got that so i think whilst he pulld his hamstring it has affect his calfs aswell.
if i was betting man i don't think he will be playing 2moz but u can never say never he mite play but before people think i no i DON'T IT JUST A GUESS.
