This Division is wide open.....Jacks on a slide, and battered today. Leeds blew a 2 goal lead, we beat Coventry 2-0 could have been 4-5 if not for the keeper. All the negativity following recent results is lost after today IMO.... we were comfortable today without Jay and Burke.
I will live by my prediction.......City to go up Automatically ...min 2nd place with existing squad...add a bit of steal and a little bit of class to complement Jay & Bellers in January and we could be Champions
BTW...went in the posh seats today to treat my dad, fair play the club has moved on massively. My dad could not believe how nice it was. He loved the ground, the food, the beer (glass up there no plastic!) For me he demonstrated how it is for a new fan and he loved it...was even jumping up when we scored. I am a Bob Bank (Ninian Stand) fan but it was nice to see how a new fan can view things from the other side of the tracks (not being biased and watching the team without any expectations).
Apart from the £6m Jay to Arsenal/Fulham rumours I heard at HT...(lets be fair we would snap that up......as long as £6m was spent on the team) today I felt like we could really do something. Bellers was magnificent, he ran the show without over doing it. ....It is all there for the City... been supporting the City since 1987 ....we can do this big time. Cheers Lads...Happy New Year

I think I will wait and see how we perform in the next few games before I start believing again. I recall after the Jacks game DJ saying it was our first lost in 7. Well this was our first win in 5 so I think I will hold back for the moment.
Well if there is any truth in that rumour about Jay and £6 million being offered for him then he is on his way. Where there any comments about Burke not playing?
Glad your father had a good day up there. Intend doing a match myself there although I would struggle ot put on a decent pair of shoes instead of my trainers for a game.
