Roger Johnson - time to be honest now guys

Who can remember being pleased he left because of his supposed 'arrogant and aloof' attitude. Remember when he came and had a go over some booing ?

Personally I liked him (although I rated Loovens as more important to us-if he hadnt left we would have gone up that year IMHO). Met him in Lisbon when City played there and it was only him, Jones and Gunter who gave us the time of day. Good laugh and the skinniest guy I've ever seen.

Just thinking as some fans would love to see him back -how many would admit to disliking him and now changin their minds as we've failed to find anyhting anywhere near as good (which is a pretty nigh on impossible task).

Maybe appreciate why he found the criticism so offensive as he was SUCH a good player - and has proved so since.

i liked him and would love him back, my mate called him clubfoot as his passing was so poor, but right now the lack of pace at centrehalf is an obvious problem, as a partnership hudson johnson would work better than hudson loovens

I Remember Him getting Annoyed and he took a lot of flack for it Tim, But I DEF Never turned on him. As at a Xmas party with the Children, I will Never forget he had All the time in the World for the Children

It was the same as Jay, it seems only yesterday the fans were on his back, now we seem not to be able to win without him

to be honest when some players and even Jones have a "go" at the fans I really dont get offended, and generally agree with them, they have a point and dont do it for the sake of it.

he done what you wouild think any player would want,he came through the ranks until he got what he wanted,premier football,i wish our team now had the same motivation as him,a big loss then and now
