QUESTION FOR THE FANS

if we got 4 or 5 players in would want them to be in first team or would u want them to be like squad players to push the first team for places. or do we need to freshen up the first team?

just thinking if we got say that hamill would you put him in side straight away?

At the moment there are players in our team who are in the COMFORT zone as they know they will play EVERY game regardless if they play well or not, eg, Bothroyd, Bellamy, Olifinjana, Hudson.

We need cover for these players in my opinion and if they are quality signings then perhaps it will give current players the kick up the arse they need and also the passion to fight for their places in the team.

Hammill would be great, but we need cover and competition in the areas you mention.

I doubt we could get equivalents to Bellamy and Bothroyd, but we certainly need someone decent to cover Jay and another real winger would be nice.

If we've got money though i think it would be best spent on at least one quality centre half and a quick solid left back. the cover for Jay should be relatively cheap, and the winger can just be cover unless we have got real money to spend in which case a Rioutledge or Hammill would be awesome (might see Burke leave though).
