I was a big Fan of his, I just think he has let him self go down hill and has personal problems.

It is sad though, because his talent is still there. It doesn't just dissapear, but his demenour is that of someone who thinks they can't get it back. You can do all the training etc, but the most important thing is realising it's still there, and you can control it.

about 2 or 3 years ago, when transfer windows opened etc, fans were get koumas, i want koumas,, and i said , dont get koumas it was a one off, he was great with us first time around, but fans kept on, get koumas, i said that was 3 to 4 seasons ago,,and , hate to say it, i was right, spent to much time on his ass, never regained, his fitness, was a championship player, thought he could play in the prem, waste of space,,, still hes happy taking money from the city, pretending hes a footballer,,,,,, and whos paying for him? yes us, the football fan,,,,, send him back to wigan in jan, cant be dealing with his sort,

He is one of my all time favourite players but he's had his day! His confidence has completely gone! Such a shame as he was a wonderful player in his first spell here but this second spell has been a disaster, he's been so bad he doesn't even look a shadow of himself!

He has been played in the wrong position this season, should be playing through the middle

I swear I have never been so confident in my life that JK will regain his form and he will be the catalyst to promotion. Mark my words :ayatollah:

Beep AHM - if you're right then what a player we would have and I'm sure he would be the catalyst! It co fuses mr that everyone keeps saying we are playing him in the wrong position, when he was last here he played left midfield and he was genius!!

What makes you so sure Beep? I have seen nothing as of yet to even suggest a "come-back". :(

perhaps someone should create a song for JK that will make him feel better about himself and more confident..

an on fire JK would tear this division to shreds, he looks a shadow of that player but I dont believe that its lost forever, he just needs one break in my opinion, a screamer of a goal to get him going again..

lets not just give up on him, help him..

i agree with one of replies on this subject to get him in the free roller position, maybe it will free him up a bit and make him believe he can still do it ,

for me he not left midfield player.

Rob, this seems one of the main problems, Players are being played out off position.

i no people want chops in but u could always swap chops of koumas have koumas behind jay. i always thought he was better free roller in my opinion, he played there few times for wigan BUT that was another club played him out wide mind.

Like when he last played for us, which was out wide left?
Or when he first played, making a name for himself at Tranmere - out wide left as part of a 3 up front?

Through the middle like this...

--------------Chopra------------------Bothroyd-----------------
--------------------------Koumas--------------------------------

Part of a three up front but is the link playmaker from midfield.

Play JK with Mcphail and let JK have a free role and Mcphail do all the donkey work. If it means dropping certain players so be it. Im telling you, a free role and a run of games for JK and he will absolutely rip this division apart
