clegg should remove him from his position,he cant carry personal vendettas in a position of parliament,this can be used for his gain aswell as being used to punish somebody,all up[ each others arses,you scratch my back and il scratch yours

Murdoch is looking to again get majority control of BSkyB. Owning the Times raises issues of "control" of the media.

To be permitted to own BSkyB, there are numerous legal hurdles.

Now, it's a lengthy process with numerous expensive stages. The final report indicating if the bid violates competition regulations gets passed to the Business Minister, who makes a decision - on their own. Well, until that had to be changed.

The point is, expensive consultation all the way along, final decision would be made by somebody, who based on his privately expressed views, regarded it as a "war", clearly would not base his view on simple little things like facts.

THAT is the issue - a clear abuse of parliamentary process due to ideological views. Cable, who played along with the "Mr Integrity" tag has shown a clear bias.

And to answer your silly question, no individual should be "fair game" for politicians. That's something for people indulging in 6th form politics, not politicians...
