But it has been proved 100% that glucosamine dont work, your body makes it ,its self till you are about 40 after that it starts to go and the body dont make it any more. Also its very hard to get the body to take it in. Like most things even vitamins ,they need other vitamins to get them into the body. like Vitm E needs Vitm C to take the E into the body.
