Surely the game goes ahead after the egg played there on Sunday.Unless there is more serious snowfall i cannot see it failing to be played. :ayatollah:

Depends on travel and pavement conditions outside the ground. Plenty of ice under the snow - given more people attend football, there's less risk with rugby games.

I hate this "risk" conception.

There is a risk when we go to work or the pub in these conditions, would we consider suing either of these if we were to fall on the way there? Highly unlikly, and lets be honest, would anyone entertain such a claim? There is a risk we could get mugged and stabbed by knife wielding jack bandits on horses and carts as well!

This country does my box in at times!

Bit of a difference between the examples there, eh? 20k going to a single pub? Mugging, stabbed utterly irrelevant examples...

Suing? Who mentioned that? The risk would be someone falling, hitting their head and god forbid dying...

Suing was mentioned in a different thread. 20k might not go to a single pub,but far more than that will descend on the city pubs on Friday night, all aware that they might fall. That's the risk they take and one they are willing to take.

The same risk as anyone who wants to go to the football. If you want to go, you will.
