what we want is a manager with passion and a manager who has a plan B and respects us fans.

What more do we want ? A manager that is not fleecing nearly a million quid a year from it only to keep telling the fans to get real. If we had a hard working manager on a sensible wage then he may have a point. But he is getting paid the big bucks to get success not constant failure.

I agree 100% with DJ - some people using this forum need a farkin reality check ! It takes time for a team to evolve - for me the last five years have been our most successful in the four decades Ive followed the BBZ - true we havnt reached the Premiership- YET- but we've got closer to reaching the top flight than under any other " recent " manager !!! For me we're closer than ever to hitting the jackpot - certainly not all DJs doing but hes played a significant role in the success we
ve all enjoyed under his tenure - success can be measured in the progress the club has made in getting closer to our ultimate goal of top flight footy as well as being measured in trophies ! No doubt the usual suspects of the " DJ OUT BRIGADE " will expect us to win the Premiership within 20 minutes of our arrival - aim high fellow BBZ but get real in our expectations !!! Get real?

Here's some realism for you, kiddo.

1) DJ bringing in Fowler on BIG wages - because he met him in a bar in America.
2) DJ persisting with McPhail, rejecting Ledley in the middle UNTIL forced to due to suspension.
3) DJ overlooking anybody under the age of 65... Rambo, anyone?
4) DJ routinely falling out with and marginalising players.
5) DJ presiding over slumps each and every season.
6) DJ being unable to adapt during matches.
7) DJ utterly unable to bring in any striker who may even be close to being a backup for Bothroyd. Etuhu up front, anyone? Eddie?

Now, you say we're closer than ever.

May I remind you of a time, not that long ago under DJ, where we were first - leading - one place below Prem - for quite a while?

So, maybe it's you who should have a "farking reality check" fella. Historical evidence of DJ's managerial career shows plenty of disappointmnent; promotions he's gained have been very much against the grain.

Has the club progressed? Sure, off the pitch, no doubt about that. Is DJ thw weorst manager ever? No. The best? Nowhere near.

He's an average to good manager. If he was good to great, a Prem club would want him...

IT TAKES TIME, 6 YEARS lol With His Wage off £1 Million a year including Bonuses and Expenses.

Why Does Dave Jones bother because of the abuse he gets ? Dave Jones brings the abuse to himself, He does himself NO FAVOURS, But Why Does he Bother ? " MONEY " .

Having Spent more money on Transfers and WAGES IN THE HISTORY OF CARDIFF CITY.
No Respect for Our Fans.
Claims Our Club HAS NO HISTORY.
Great Managers Win Trophies/Titles and Promotions, Jones is yet to Win One.
Cant be Bothered With Our player of the year Do(First time in 25 years had to be cancelled), Childrens Xmas do etc etc.
Anti Welsh.

Brings injury prone players on old pals act or Donkeys Like Naylor/Keogh/Kennedy/Cooper etc
