what type player would go for in jan

prem experience or championship experience ( with the knowledge of the fight needed in the league)

prem,they have played at the top,and maybe not scared of it like our lot seem to be

A pair of centre backs that are good in the air, difficult to get past and can pass out of fefence and hit one of our players.

Players with a thicker skin, able to take the rough with the smooth both on and off the pitch.

personally id go for someone who is hungry and has the fight to get us into the prem,none of these who have been there done it and cant be bothered to fight for it.
