Yeah cos God forbid that the police try to prevent an accident. How dare they. In all honesty, if someone is driving around with 6in of snow on their car, they deserve to be booked.

If you read my post again you'll find that I agree. But the OB have a tendency to penalise the motorist at every opportunity, hence my question "What's the legal limit".
