of course we can but we the supporters must play our part by creating a noisy and positive support rather than the negative atmosphere shown recently. So cmon support the boys and make some bleeding noise :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

too true it would be nice to think we are all in this together and the players need to show they care as much as us .It is a two way thing so lets do our job first and then the players hopefully respond accordingly, like against Leicester last season :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

It wll be very difficult, Coventry will be hurting after today. Boothroyd must've been sure of getting a home result after ensuring himself that the match is on. We need to not get roped into playing a game of tennis for 90 minutes, because it then goes down to percentages. 442, PLAYERS IN CORRECT POSITIONS AND PICKED ON ABILITY PLEASE, DEAR MANAGER

Well said, mate....that would be nice to see!!

We ARE better than Coventry and we NEED to show it....

Players and management have nothing to lose anymore, as their stock is dropping like a Wall Street Crash....so they can get out there, roll their sleeves up and stemroller the Bluebirds to the Premiership....

Annis it's longer than 11 years for DJ as he never won a boxing day fixture at Wolves or Southampton so 13 -14 years is more likely, not so impressive for a manager with a reputation for being one of the best outside the PL.

I think any manager worth his salt would get our squad to win against Coventry at home but I think we will get no more than 1 point. This will result in a better atmosphere but for negative reasons as the crowd will start to turn against the manager if we don't win, another nail in DJ coffin I think :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Well can go either of two ways

the players are rested so much (after "snowgate" at the ccs :D ) that they will be sooo eager to get out and play a good game

or they are all pissed up and fille dup on grub over this week without a game lol

Hopefully we will get a win - we need the "up" factor and quick

i am saying 1-1 draw

:ayatollah:

i say yes now the time to go on a run

Re: " CAN WE WIN ON BOXING DAY ? "

Sun Dec 19, 2010 12:32 pm

If it's:

Heaton

Mathews Mcnaughton Blake Gypes

Mcfail

Burke Olofinjana Bellamy

Bothroyd

Chopra

If Oly is not up for the fight, bring on Whittingham second half and not wait until it is too f*cking late!

I can see us winning. IF there is no Chops we are screwed from the start.

Come on the city :ayatollah:

2-1 to the City... and then we have another tough game away to Watford.
