We missed the boat with him. I got a few mates in Liverpool and they are telling me that there are serious rumours up there about him replacing Roy Hodgson. They really like the way his teams play football.

I remember a documentary done on him when he managed Plymouth I think and I've held him in high esteem ever since. It took a major toll on his home life and even his marriage. The way he coped with the stress of the football management but also tried to balance his family life was very moving.
I also have a fond spot for him since he applauded us and waited for us to lift the 2003 Playoff trophy even though we robbed them when he managed QPR. I also love his hatred of FIFA because I despise Blatter and his gravy train minions so much.

I dont remember anyone being so keen on him when he took Leicester down after spending quite a bit of money
