What happened to the Cardiff Ultras?

I read something in a magazine about ultras.

Remembered someone talking about it on one of the boards probably months ago now.

It would give the atmosphere a much needed kick up the arse.

The magazine stated 5 things to help the UK ultras culture:

1- End To British apathy towards politics and organised action.

2- Youtube - looking for inspiration from abroad

3- Safe standing areas

4- End to the 'one last pint' culture. Getting to the ground early to create an atmosphere

5- Abolish silly health and safety legislation banning flag poles and banners that heven't been fire-proofed.
