Ordered some stuff for christmas a few days back, and they haven't been dispatched. Now they're not replying to emails. Has anyone used them before, and if so are they trustworthy?

havent used that website before but according to the news delivery services are having huge problems with the weather, with huge back logs and with the current snow i think its only going to get worse.

True, true. I'm only worried because they should have been dispatched by now, and so would've missed this weather (ordered monday night), and the stuff I want has now gone out of stock - just worried they're going to plonk me without any presents to give

My brothers a postman an he says they are days behind on stuff. ALso loads of offices etc closed around the country.

Saved me from a lot of misery in the blizzards today. Can't find the liners anywhere in my size though.

Will let you know, not looking good though. I think it's the company themselves slacking, I also have a feeling they're gonna cancel the order.
