Annis reckons the decision has effectively been taken and they're just waiting for the appropriate officials to confirm....
Not sure if that will be the referee or someone from the council, although I'd hazard a guess that it'll be Health & Safety issues rather than our state-of-the-art undersoil heating system that decides that one....unless, of course, Ridsdale took the money from that meter too!!
