lol this is gonna sound like summat my Nana would say but we had a rule school and work if you lived within 3 miles you had to walk - dunno why everythings stops peopel ust need to leave earlier to take a slower journeyt and drive carefully it is not impossible ffs does my head in!!!!!!!!!!

I think you will find that it is not just the case of the teachers getting to the school, but the safety of the children travelling too. In a fair few cases teachers do not live anywhere near the school they teach in. When I lived in Radyr, one teacher had travelled for an hour and a half, only to find (thanks to me! lol) that the school wasn't even opening that day! I did however have to go to work on Albany Road
