Got to be honest though Annis, if we lost back in the late 80's to late 90's then it'd attect my mood until the next game, I must've been a right miserable b*stard to live with but it was worth it because most of 1988, 1993 and 1999 were the greatest years of my life. Nowadays the feeling lasts for hours after the game. You grow up, have your own family and realise there are more important things in life.
Now my son's whole week is influenced by the result, he just doesn't realise how good he has had it. His first game (age 4) we beat Crewe 6-1, he's been to Wembley 3 times and we've always been doing at least okay at Championship level.

Years ago when I used to see our players out on the piss I'd think they were characters, now when I see Chopra out every week, off his skull, surrounded by hangers on, and surfing his greedy face I feel like giving him a clip round the ear! Especially when I've seen him out partying following his pitiful performances against Forest and Swansea!

Are Because,
1. Years ago WE knew we were Shit/Crap end off.
2.The players were only on £200- £300 a Week and gave their All.
3.The players/Management were closer to Fans and had time for the Fans.
4.When We hear they are on £10,000 to £90,000 a week and they look like they cant be bothered or they are playing Crap, We Feel that when they are paid that amount, They Should play like Super Stars every week.
5. They dont stay long with any one Club, No loyalty like years ago.
6. Always hearing Gossip about Our So called Stars.
Just Giving My Opinion, I might be wrong.
