ITS FUNNY OUR FANS GO MISSING PRESTON and BURNLEY HOME ?
Preston Home including the few thousand Season ticket holders who did not turn up, WE WERE AT LEAST 7,000 Fans down on Previous games, Same will happen v BURNLEY Home.
My Daughters Dont go much Nowadays, (They Dont like the Stadium and No Atmosphere), So I upgrade them Now and Preston Home/Burnley Home I text everyone if they wanted them for half Price, NO ONE WANTED THEM lol
I WONDER WHY ?
YET Jacks and Leeds Home and Other Big Games, QPR Away, I am Inundated Please Please Have you got a Ticket, I Cant Miss This one, WELL STARTING WITH LEEDS HOME, EVERYONE CAN f**k OFF, I WONT EVEN REPLY TO THE REQUESTS ON texts/pm's/emails.
IF YOU CANT BE BOTHERED WITH THE RUBBISH GAMES, WHY SHOULD YOU GET A TICKET FOR THE GLORY GAMES

maybe the club could do something where you have to buy a ticket for a lesser game to qualify for a ticket to a bigger game. bit harsh on exiles who have to pick and choose though. wasn't there talk of the club doing this if we were to get to the premier league?

It will be very interesting to see, from a personal point of view, if the ''shush, sit down'' brigade will be in attendance or not, or if it's actual season ticket holders that do this
They'll be back for leeds

Hopefully that will be the case, although there are always others to try and put a dampner on it
I want a proper atmosphere like Ninian again. I don't care what anyone says, even at matches I went to when the atmosphere wasn't great, it was still better than what we have now

i will admit, im a college student so cant afford many city games. so when i can afford them i usually buy for the next home game !!!! it does hurt me knowing that i spend all my cash trying to go to cardiff games, and when a big game comes up, i cant get a ticket because soo many people decide they want to go watch because they assume its going to be worth it. i went to a few games in 2008. then couldnt get FA.CUP tickets. spent a load of money on games last season, but then couldnt get a ticket for the play offs or even the play off semi's against leicester game because soo many people decide to they actually want to go

Bristol City last season in the cup. Under 7000 there, one of the best atmosphere
You will have to set rules Annis, you can only have a "big game ticket" if you have bought two small game tickets
Thu Dec 16, 2010 8:03 am
I don't know why everyone is so shocked at the attendances going down. We have always had low attendances in the run up to christmas they always take a dip. The reason being is not so much the poor form of the team but mainly I think that south Wales is a poor area and people got so many out goings at this time of year. Plus the price of the tickets doesn't help! Although I got no explanation for the season tickets except for the golden ticket scheme and people buying them knowing that they can't make every game just to help the club in it's push or promotion.

Aston Martyn Williams I buy my season ticket every year, but my shifts sometimes fall on the odd home game, but I've paid for my seat weather I am there or in work. So does that make me a fickle fan ?

Luke Coakley no if you buy a ticket your attendance is recorded, we have 17k of ST holders is the others we are fickle

Neil Wixon i be traveling from tewkesbury to support the mighty bluebirds with my 3 mate we all season tickets holders,i been supporting the in 1970s i always support the city i love my cardiff city, the only team i have ever support nobody else no prem club
Lewis Clark This could be one of the biggest games of the season, we need to get there in numbers and help stop this bad run we're in. I'll be there, usually a better atmosphere with people who want to be there to support the team through thick and thin anyway.

Yes, then the usual pathetic Rubbish, Ive Supported City for 40 years, they mean Sat in their Arm chair reading the Echo.

problem with a lot of the new plastic fans is that they dont pick up the bug like you would in the 80s ect.
When i went late 80s nothing could drag me away and it was not because of the football we were playing but
the atmosphere which would sometimes be electric, the banter between real football crowds, the pubs before
the game, when you could guess the crowd by how many were in the corp.
now it's allbecome too nice and if your new to watching the game and the team is not performing
there is not much todrag you back.
god,i can remember getting exited when we were playing Shrewsbury ffs come rain or shine, loved it. Now its becoming
boring because this new ground is killing the real football experience. but still no excuse.

Absolutly correct, City fans have been fickle for the last 30 years, during F.A cup run in 94 we had 20,000 against Man City, the previous Saturday,s home game we had 5,000, I remember people asking where the ground was against Man City, and that was our fans

On the flip side I think a special mention should be made to people like my mate. My friend who sits next to me is away in Madrid for his dad's birthday (my friend's sister lives out there) so he wanted to ship his ticket. My mate is coming down from Rotherham to see the game. He's not even a full time Cardiff fan. He's a Rotherham fan first but lived in Cardiff for the last 8 years so considers us his second team so answered the call of duty!
I know a lot of people are also getting 'flu' right now! :p
It's not flu, it's just a heavy cold you pussies!
