The expectation level of the area would be too high for him. I think I am right in saying that they and Arsenal are the only two clubs never to be outside the top flight.

If the Indian owners make money available for players he would. Would be funny if Jones went to Everton. Then he would see what working on a shoestring budget is REALLY like
