I think you will find it's Dave Jones who has a contract with CCFC not his agent.

Therefore as DJ's agent doesn't have a contract with CCFC he can't possibly be in breach of any agreement.

That would be difficult to prove and in any case it would-not consitute a breach of contract because Jones has a seperate agreement with his agent which has absolutely nothing to do with CCFC.
