I'm not sure DJ is as indispensable as he likes us to think

He may have made himself seem indispensable to the Malaysians but if we really can't do without DJ then it is really a poor show by the others involved at the club. In a business no one should be indispensable.

By that logic we wouldn't change governments ever. With the last election we were in a deep financial crisis and Labour pushed the point that not voting Labour would affect the recovery. In the end a state of limbo existed yet we did not fall off the precipice did we? Even when a weaker coalition came into power again we did not fall over as a country.

I firmly believe that should DJ leave be it sacked or quitting others will step up to the plate as they have to. I am sure there are records of what is going on with the players, Burton could step in and manage the said with the help of the rest of the backroom staff. I am sure Gethin Jenkins (who is not a fool) would have some clue as to what is going on. DJ has been here 5 years or so and in that time the behind the scenes at the club has been shocking. Yes a lot has been Ridsdale but surely DJ would have had some idea and influence on things. If he didn't do anything then maybe we are best off without him.

There are a few behind the scenes who want Jones out.
