SKY taking more money from accounts

anyone had any experiance with these thiefs? and if you dont check id suggest you do!!!

3 months ago i was told my bill would be £39 no more, no less, just happened to check the account and the last 2 months £78 has come out, just rang them and explained and they said they were "add ons" , i f*cking never added nothing, told them the last guy said it would only be 39 etc and they wern't having none of it!

I want these fuckers now! only thing i can think of is Solicitors and Tv Ferret etc?

Before you do anything you need to get a copy of your agreement and itemised bill for the 'add ons' and take it from there.

TBH relying on a quote of £39 by someone on the other end of a telephone is not really going to help you much.

I'm still paying for my UK Sky and its about the most anyone can pay without the 3D stuff. I forget the exact cost but it less than £60 per month. You were'nt one of those silly bastards that went for the cheap 3D deal were you?

thing is tony, never had no agreement, they just said it on the phone and took his word! first payment was £39 and then after they have taken the piss, i want blood!

so im gonna ring 2morow and ask them to send me a copy of the agreement as ive NOW got it back down to £39 (supprise supprise) and the itemised bill etc

Look it seems they are charging you twice, there are no add ons that come to £39 extra unless you are have box office, I think that for all channels and hd it is about £58
