I think it's done :(

Mon Dec 13, 2010 2:29 pm

Peter Ridsdale is pretty much in for Plymouth, it's understood he's been offered the position of Chief Executive. At the moment the Riddler has said "At the moment I haven't accepted any offer from Plymouth".

Such a shame to see another club going to be ruined by a rat.

I am shocked they have any money to pay him, as they have not got any to pay the players.

The weird thing is, he seems to be quite well respected in the football community. It's just the fans that know what he's really like

I recently moved from the UK arm of my company to the head office here in Copenhagen. The UK arm has a good reputation on football stadiums (structural Engineering and Environmental aspects) and two of my former colleagues are meeting with the Plymouth Chief exec and their "Project Manager" tomorrow, it isn't the Riddler but somone called Keith Todd I believe.

How's my luck, if the Riddler was in charge a few months back he would have been in the same building as me. I could have shown him the "dodgy railing" on the fifth floor terrace ;)

I think I'd better warn OUR Chief Exec about PR's past antics. It doesn't take a crystal ball to work out that whilst a certain former employee of Cardiff City may present a "robust" business case, perhaps suggesting that PAFC are not actually on the verge of being wound up but are in fact the richest club in the universe and only experiencing a minor cash flow problem prior to substantial investment from one of his contacts!! I would put our chances of being paid for any work as "not very good".

Forgive me if I am wrong but Todd is the guy that Ridsdale has been cosying up 2 I think

You may well be correct ihatealiens. I used to know a guy that was seriously considering investing in Plymouth as he's from that part of the world. He had the money at the time but then came the World Cup bid where I believe it all went a bit silly so he didn't take it further. I am led to believe Mr Todd then got involved sniffing a quick few (well lots) quid to be made but due to the Russians winning (shows the type of business man he is!!) its all gone the shape of the pear. Perhaps, if there is a football god, he going ensure that a certain Mr Ridsdale gets tucked up!!!!

:ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Unfortunately it will be the ordinary football support that will suffer again. I'm not particularly fond of Plymouth but they don't deserve this shit.
