Blackpool, doing themselves proud!

Just looking at the Prem table, can't help but think that Blackpool have already exceeded all expectations, would any of us have predicted how well they have done? I thought they would,ve been dead and buried by now.

A lot of the credit must go to the manager who is a tremendous motivator, but the players themselves have also risen to the challenge and to beat the likes of Liverpool etc.

I must be honest if we'd won the play offs I would seriously doubt that we would've made such an impact. They've just beaten Stoke on their own patch which is no mean feat.

Whether they can keep it up and stay in the Prem is debateable, but they've certainly given themselves a fighting chance with their good start to the season.

As much as it pains me that they beat us at Wembley I'm man enough to admit they deserved it and have grasped the opportunity with both hands. Hope they manage to stay up..proper football club with passionate fans.
