and the way things are at the moment I would not blame him in the slightest if he wants to move on. There seems to be a bad smell down the CCS at the moment, send in the fumigators, clean the place up

Yep I think he would do well for them and Harry is just the manager to get the best out of him. It would be a move back home to London for him ok he will be with what all Arsenal fans regard as the enemy but I think he could handle it.

Well there been rumours for a while about Premier league clubs sniffing around but I think Tottenham could be a serious one.

Just a slight critisim of the thread title. I was expecting something about Wolverhampton W but found the thread related to THFC.

So I would have called the thread, 'Is Bothroyd to be Spur-ned?'

Oh BTW Bothroyd will go in Jan probably to Wolves rather than Spurs

Cant see him going to Spurs, unless he likes to keep the bench warm. When Van der Vaart is fit, Harry will play him behind the stiker, leaving Defoe, Crouch, Pavlyuchenko and Jay fighting for one place.

way jay played in last few games before he got injured it was like he was sitting on a bench haha

Yes I thought that as I was typing it but thought sod it, it's Monday morning can't be arsed to think too hard Seriously though he's a London lad and spends a lot of time back there and I'm sure if the opportunity arose to play in the Premier league with a London club he would be off like a shot and I would not blame him especially with the cloud hanging over our club at the moment.

Im sure Bothroyd is an avid Arsenal fan according to him on twitter...would he really go to spurs?
