Besides Blackpool had one of the smallest wage bills in the Championship that is why they were offered those bonuses. They were hungry for success with a manager who can motivate who is good with people and respects there supporters.

totally agree,they are on obscene amounts,but im thinking longer,what happens if we dont go up,i cant see the malaysians hanging around with another £5 mill for jonesy next season,i really do think it has to be this season

I always wonder how much of an incentive getting to the premier league is based on the fact that a number of players would probably not cut it and be forced out/replaced?

But they would have a damn good CV and could go to any team they wanted outside the Prem. Where is there ambition ??
