It is pretty weak (nay - embarrassing!) to have to copy other teams' songs/chants, particularly when they are in the same country. The traditional formula for the best football songs/chants is not that complicated:

(i) find a melodic song that is easy to follow;
(ii) either adapt the lyrics or create entirely new ones which are similarly easy to follow.

Some of the music genres that are most easy to adapt are:
(i) songs from musical theatre (e.g. Guys and Dolls, South Pacific, Sound of Music, Oklahoma!, Chicago)
(ii) hymns
(iii) songs with a decent soul drive
